Synergy reserves the right to edit the formatting of listings for consistency while preserving the meaning of the information provided.

4. Business Relationships & Transactions

Synergy Book of Business helps businesses discover and connect with one another but is not a party to agreements or transactions made between members or businesses discovered through the network.

Members are responsible for conducting their own research and determining whether another business, professional, product, or service is appropriate for their needs.

Synergy does not guarantee the quality, performance, reliability, licensing, availability, or results of any independent business listed within the network.

5. Member Conduct

Members and users are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

Synergy Book of Business may remove or restrict a listing or participation when there is reasonable concern regarding fraudulent information, misuse of the network, unlawful activity, harassment, misrepresentation, or conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Synergy community.

6. Intellectual Property

The Synergy Book of Business name, logos, branding, graphics, website design, original written content, and other Synergy-created materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

Businesses retain ownership of the logos, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials they provide to Synergy.

By providing these materials for an approved listing, you grant Synergy permission to display and use them for purposes related to your listing and the promotion or operation of the Synergy network.

7. Website & Network Availability

We work to maintain an accessible and reliable website and network; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Synergy may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of its website, directory, features, or services when reasonably necessary.

8. Third-Party Websites & Services

The Synergy website or directory may contain links to websites, social media accounts, services, or resources operated by third parties.

Synergy Book of Business does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, products, services, security, or availability.

9. Privacy

Information submitted to Synergy Book of Business is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through our website or membership application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Responsibility
